Description

The Latin alphabet, also known as the Roman alphabet, is the most widely used writing system in the world. It originated from the ancient Romans and has evolved over time. It consists of 26 letters, which are used to represent the sounds of most Western European languages, including English. The letters are divided into vowels (a, e, i, o, u) and consonants, and can be uppercase or lowercase. The Latin alphabet is also the basis for many other writing systems, including those used for writing non-European languages.
