Description
Racism is the unjust treatment or prejudice against individuals based on their race or ethnicity. It can take the form of discrimination, stereotyping, or systemic inequalities that disadvantage certain groups. Racism causes harm by perpetuating division and injustice in society. To combat racism, we must promote diversity, challenge discriminatory behaviors, and advocate for policies that ensure equal rights and opportunities for all. Education and fostering empathy are key to creating a more inclusive and equitable world.
